Anthony Ponta, was our realtor. Before meeting him we went with 2 other realtors. The first one was not only was extremely hard to get ahold of, but it took her 4 days to put in our bid for the first house we wanted and then she didn’t even negotiate for us and we lost the bid by only $1,000. Then the second person we hired set up an appt for us to see a house that was an hour from our current residence and waited until we were almost all the way to the house when he texted my husband and told him that he just got a call from the listing agent and they supposedly told him that the house was still occupied and they needed to reschedule. So we decided to go look at the outside of the house at least since we had already driven an hour. When we got there we noticed that the house was not occupied and when we called the listing agent she said no one called her to set up a tour. So that’s when we hired Anthony. He was very transparent with everytbhing he said or did. He did everything he said he would. He always made us feel like a priority. He was also a great negotiator. And when the seller had to push back our closing date, he was very reassuring and calmed our nerves. He was also a great resource for everything we needed outside of just the properties as well. He helped find a lawyer, an inspector, movers and most recent with a general contractor. I would highly recommend him and everyone in his office.
